David Knapp
David Knapp is President, Energy Forum Advisory Board and Chief Energy Economist and Senior Editor for Global Oil Market Analysis at Energy Intelligence Group in New York. He is Editor of EIG's monthly Oil Market Intelligence. He has analyzed energy markets for 40 years in the international, government, business and financial sectors. Dr. Knapp holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
William (Buff) Brown
William H. Brown III is the General Partner of WHB Energy Partners, L.P., an emerging commodity and equity hedge fund. Mr. Brown is also the President of WHB Energy Research LLC, a boutique energy consulting firm whose clients include financial institutions and independent oil and gas producers. Mr. Brown has 40 years’ experience in the international petroleum industry as a senior economist and analyst at consulting, investment banking and brokerage firms. Mr. Brown received a B.A. in history from Brown University and an M.I.A. in international economics from the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University

Louise Burke
Louise Burke is Secretary, Energy Forum Advisory Board and is currently working for Argus Media on strategic business initiatives for the company. Prior to this, Ms. Burke was Executive Director, of the Energy Forum, and president of J.C. Energy, an energy consulting firm. She has worked extensively in the energy sector analyzing pricing and markets for Mobil Oil Canada, Alberta Energy Company and Petroleos DeVenezuela. In addition, as Vice-President, Marketing for the New York Mercantile Exchange she supervised major energy and metals futures and options product launches and was closely involved in the successful growth of energy commodity markets. Ms. Burke holds a BA honors economics degree from the University of Alberta and an MBA from New York University.
